What I can do for you:

Liaise with you to ascertain you precise event requirements.
Work closely with exhibition organisers, stand designers and contractors.
Develop, implement and manage events.
Organise trade fairs, conferences, press conferences, product launches, team building events dealing with activities, accommodation and logistics.
Maintain and develop a database of contacts, with venues, providers, accommodation throughout Italy.
Oversee procurement of catering, audio-visual, conference hostesses, interpreters & translators, security & rental needs (such as interpreting booths).
Take care of conference gadgets for participants
Manage relationships with sponsors.
Prepare delegate packs and promotional material
Maintain and coordinate the activities of personnel, subcontractors and vendors.
Take care of accommodation, schedules, travel, day plans and registration procedures
Manage all group rooms and banqueting processes and procedures
