One of the ways to grow your business is listening to successful entrepreneur stories for inspiration and ideas – and that’s what over 100 Italian entrepreneurs, led by the two founders Alessio Brusemini and Mirco Gasparotto did, at the #OSA Community meeting at Carlton House last Friday.
I had the privilege to interpret for three of the business speakers: Carey Benn and Tom Weaver from Flyt.io and Marcus Orlovsky, a serial entrepreneur, motivational figure and founder of Bryanston Square Holdings.
It was a very intense and information-packed day full of inspiring stories from all speakers that will hopefully spark some excellent ideas in the minds of the Italian business owners who were listening, the so-called cavalieri!
However, in my post, I wanted to highlight something else that happened on that day – the teamwork and seamless connection we have managed to achieve with Marcus Orlovsky during his presentation. Do you sometimes have interpreting clients with whom everything just clicks? I felt like that was one of those moments!
Marcus is very much loved by his audience and the delivery of his presentation between us was a really smooth experience, engaging for the audience, of which I’m super proud. It’s not every day that you interpret for such determined and motivating entrepreneurs!
Here are some photos from the event:

If the event itself wasn’t exciting enough, I have also received amazing testimonials after the event which fuel my passion for interpreting and motivate me to perform to the best of my abilities during every assignment!
“Luciana you were super!
Volevo ancora ringraziarti. Hai riscosso nei cavalieri grande successo per la tua simpatia, professionalità ed intraprendenza!” – Event Organisers
“It was a real pleasure working with you and I hope that you, like me, found that we worked well as a team. Your work is so crucial and I placed all my trust in your ability to understand what I was trying to say and position it in a way to convey both the literal and emotional meaning. I thank you enormously for this.” – Marcus Orlovsky
Last but not least I would like to thank both Alessio and Mirco for offering me this opportunity and each and every one of the 100 cavalieri who congratulated on my performance with an unbelievable warmth! To be repeated!
